These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of this website and to any purchase you make from HIGHRISE Kratom Co. (“HIGHRISE”, “we”, “us”). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1. Age and Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old to visit this website, create an account or buy our products. By using the site, you confirm that you are 21 or older and legally able to enter into this agreement. We may ask for proof of age and may cancel any order if we cannot confirm it.
2. Where Our Products Are Available
We sell and ship only within the United States, and not to states or localities where kratom is restricted. Our Shipping Policy lists the areas we do not ship to. You are responsible for knowing and following the laws where you live. We will cancel and refund any order to a restricted area.
3. Product Information and Use
We try to describe our products, ingredients and serving information accurately, and we publish third-party lab results where available. Product colors, images and packaging may differ slightly from what you receive.
Important: These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Read all labels and use only as directed. Do not use if you are pregnant or nursing, have a medical condition, or take any medication without first speaking with a healthcare professional. Do not use with alcohol or other substances. Do not drive or operate machinery after use. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
4. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept, limit or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in price or product information, suspected fraud, or shipping restrictions. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will refund the full amount. Products are for personal use only and may not be resold without a written wholesale agreement with us.
5. Prices and Payment
All prices are in U.S. dollars and may change at any time without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor, and by paying you also agree to that processor’s terms. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.
6. Promotions and Discount Codes
Discount codes and offers, including first-order discounts, are limited to one per customer unless stated otherwise, cannot be combined with other offers, have no cash value, and may be changed or ended at any time.
7. Shipping, Returns and Refunds
Shipping is handled as described in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are handled as described in our Refund & Returns Policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the order is handed to the carrier.
8. Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details private and for all activity under your account. Please let us know right away if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including the HIGHRISE name and logo, text, images, graphics and product designs, belongs to HIGHRISE Kratom Co. or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without our written permission.
10. Reviews and Submissions
If you post a review or send us feedback, you allow us to use, display and share it in connection with our business. Your submissions must be honest and must not be unlawful, misleading, offensive or include anyone else’s personal information. Reviews may not make medical claims. We may remove any submission at our discretion.
11. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, to buy products for anyone under 21, to buy products for shipment to a restricted area, to interfere with the website’s security or operation, or to collect information about other users.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the website will always be available or error-free.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, HIGHRISE Kratom Co. and its owners, employees and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or our products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product that is the subject of the claim.

15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico.
